Experience The Life Centre’s seven spectacular gongs, tuned to the frequency of the planets, deep water and the Universe and journey with sound as we travel through the seasons.

On the first Friday of the month 7 - 8.45pm lose yourself in the waves of sound and surrender to the unfolding as you travel to new dimensions while honouring our journey through the seasons to the year end.

Join Paula Guy @yinreikisound, trained Sound Therapist for a magical series created with beautiful instruments including Gongs, Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Bells, Chimes, Drum, Flute and more to create a surround sound symphony in which to bathe, relax deeply and immerse completely.

What to bring

While all props are provided, we encourage you to bring anything to make you extra comfy and cosy - a thick yoga mat if you have one, a blanket, pillow, eye mask, ear plugs.
